@DSOGaming Cloud Imperium has responded to Crytek's lawsuit by sharing the full license agreement.

Back in December 2017, Crytek sued Cloud Imperium for violating their contract. It took some time but Cloud Imperium has finally responded to this lawsuit. Cloud Imperium has shared the full license agreement which, according to the team, eliminates virtually every claim and remedy Crytek seeks.

I couldn't care less what comes out of this.
As I understand the whole problem would not exist, had they published Squadron 42 on time as promised. They could have done the MMO crap later.

I'm more interested in news about the Harebrained/Harmony Gold suit. I hope HG gets slapped down for good this time.

No lawsuit is going to happen unless Crytek is looking to lose money from the looks of it. CIG asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed and provided the actual GLA to refute Crytek's claims.
