fatknacker knows better than me, since I haven't actually played, but I read a lot about it since I thought I'd like it. Sounds like a game with potential that never really came together, lots of grind, shoddy interface, not enough variety in missions. Maybe I'll give it a shot with the expansion when they put it on sale.

I played it for a bit and that describes it reasonably well. It's not an awful game, but it is pretty repetitive and it has a lot more potential than it actually achieves. There is just too much repetition of enemies and environments and the card based combat seems much blander than in similar card based games.

It DOES have potential though and DLC could actually go a long way towards helping them reach it, but I'm not sure that I liked it quite enough to want to invest more time and money into it.
