Harebrained Schemes - Working on New Projects

With the BattleTech expansion complete Harebrained Schemes announced it is working on two new projects in a recent update.

Now, with our season pass at an end, HBS is going to focus on two brand new non-BattleTech projects. Our last free update, BATTLETECH Update 1.9, will release in late February. After that, BATTLETECH will continue to maintain customer support.

Indeed, that is also my fondest hope, that's a rich universe that isn't close to being completely explored so far. And hopefully these future project will make any and all expansions more cohesive, not these endless little dribble-types.

I was hoping for some more Paradox-style DLC. I would have bought every one of them just so RogueTech has more toys to play with. Well, I guess the last DLC did not sell well enough for the business overlords. At least RT will have a stable basis to build on when the last official patch is out this month.

Hopefully but remember the developer said it would only be possible with a new game engine. Basically they would not use Unity for any future Shadowrun games.
