Dark Envoy - Early Preview

Looking forward to playing this game as the setting is interesting.
Ugh, it looks very similar to Tower of Time - which was okay but just got too repetitive towards the middle of the game. I was hoping this would have more typical cRPG mechanics. It looks like the crafting system is an exact copy from ToT as well.
I signed up to playtest it and received a demo. I wasn't impressed. It looks and feels worse than Tower of Time to me, and I wasn't a big fan of that game either. Fans of ToT will probably like it though. The combat is pretty much identical.

Nod, I did the same thing, JDR, with similar results. While I enjoyed Tower of Time a lot, this game just feels like a lesser version of it. Granted it's still not the full release, yet my expectations now are pretty minimal.
