Xbox players are fired up for the release of Atomfall, an anticipated competitor to the hit-RPG franchise Fallout, which won't have a new title out for some time.
This next game is being developed by Rebellion, which is well-known for the Sniper Elite franchise. The fact that this post-apocalyptic scenario is based on a real-life occurrence sets it apart from others. “A survival-action game inspired by real-life events, Atomfall is set five years after the Windscale nuclear disaster in Northern England. Explore the fictional quarantine zone, scavenge, craft, barter, fight and talk your way through a British countryside setting filled with bizarre characters, mysticism, cults, and rogue government agencies,” its description reads.
