Avowed - 175 Questions

Four main companions just seems like a small roster and no way to modify their armour :(. I'm sure it will be a good game but companion customisation would be nice.

Four isn't a big number, but it's fine if they're fully fleshed out and I expect that they will be. It's only on a replay that it matters for me personally, anyway. I tend to keep the same group around in a single playthrough so I can see all their quest reaction dialogue. Outer Worlds had 5 (I don't count the robot), so it's not too much different from that.

Well, one bright spot (from my perspective) is there are no romances. That said, doesn't look like my type of game, as it seems a bit too lore heavy, and the Pillars of Eternity lore isn't something I found especially interesting.

A lot of chaff and things that sound good but will depend on how they are done, but things I liked to hear... enemies won't scale with character level, you can fully customise your build down to how many stat points you have in each ability, gear and weapons are not class-locked, you can be evil, there is Path of the Damned challenge mode, and the game is very lore-rich. Also no microtransactions, though I don't mind that a lot as long as they're cosmetic/optional and don't lock you out of content.

We'll see how it turns out, I'm ready to give it a go.
