Civ VII looks awesome

I just meant it’s a common trend that the new game in a big franchise that people are passionate about gets poor early steam ratings because people are mad about all the things they changed. Not saying the ratings are wrong or right, just that they are hard to read into.

Apparently that's the common impression, that most Civ games launch to negative impressions.
But according to this dude, that tracked down actual numbers, it's apparently exceptionally worse this time?
