Frankly I'm surprised as this game is way over do for release. I can't remember how long it has been delayed, but I believe it has been more then three years of delays.

Sounds like the game is a technical mess, or their not confident it will sell.

Im surprised too. I would probably guess that they are not finished. Pearl Abyss do 3 projects + updates to Black Desert + they already put too many features into the game. So my guess is - they still need time.
