Cool update 2.0 on the 21st and the expansion releasing five days later on the 26th.

Just hope my PC can handle the game as the requirements almost doubled.

Yes, let's hope it's only an increase in some settings like uber RT or something.

Great trailer, and that's from someone who usually don't like them much. Another release I'm excited about.

I envy console gamers as I sold off every game and console years ago. Yet I thought it was mentioned in a recent article most of the tech changes were only on PC?

I think they mostly did the build planner for the people who are continuing pre-patch playthroughs. Btw: I recall several people here saying that there was no way save games were going to be compatible with the new version. ;)

I based my opinion on Witcher 3 so I'll eat crow and admit I was wrong. I'm actually surprised they accomplished that with all the engine changes. So bravo.

I've seen other games that need patches or they admit you need to start a new game.

Wow. They brought back Night City Wire?? I would have thought they would be trying to pretend all the hype leading up to release never happened. Sticking Night City Wire up there is like saying, "Remember CDProjekt's last release!" I don't know if they're bravely facing it down, if they've just written off all the people that got burned the first time, or if they just don't understand what a mess they made.

The CGI on the faces in that trailer was pretty amazing, though.

"We're ashamed of our game but give us another $30 and play the expansion"? That seems, uh, unrealistic.

I may be (probably) a fuddy-duddy but seeing all sorts of newfangled ways to approach combat with wild and crazy tools is not a draw for me. I enjoy having variety in combat styles such as in Deus Ex but not to nearly that much of a degree as this showed. Having that huge variety is not a negative for me but a big segment of the show was about that.

Another issue I had with the show is that I do not want to hear much of anything about storylines or characters before I play a game, and that was another big part of the show. Again, not a problem, just the show was not really much for me.
