I know the description says "low-fantasy", but are there any fantasy elements at all, or is it only human combatants?

For now it is only humans, but Kevin the developer is planning to add monsters/beasts by request.

If you have to have a story then the game probably isn't for you, as there is a story but it's pretty bare bones.

hey connus, i see you're a scholar and such, so i recommend you Our Adventurer Guild, played it for 150 hours and enjoyed my time with it

Dead Monarchy looks very promising to me, i am going to buy it even though i don't have time to play it now
