Sorry don't know anything about that. All I know is their remastering the first couple of games. Might be the same developer, and it might not. Personally doesn't matter.
I thought travis did the first game before he went on and did the rebel games and then vanished into a fog.
Hum interesting it seems that he turned out to be a pretty good author and is now writing fantasy novels and narrating audio books which both seem to be well received. A guy with multiple talents

Loved Fate when it came out - fun game that I enjoyed sharing with the kids!

Internet Relay Chat, now I haven't seen that in a long time. I spent quite a bit of time in the #morrowind channel before the game's release and mIRC was the app. I believe Dalnet was the network. Man that was a long time ago. 1997 or so? I'll be sure to peek at this game on release as I enjoyed Fate as a really laid back type of rpg.
