Looks good to me but not really an RPG but a mix of different genres.
I'm intrigued though and it even has settlement building.

There's a demo on Steam. I tried it last night.
I have no idea why the guy who made that video starts off talking about Fallout. Other than being post-apoc, this game has almost nothing in common with Fallout. You control 3 characters which you can switch between, and everything is in real time. Combat is one of those deals where you aim with RMB and attack with LMB while you rotate your aim with the mouse. Not sure about the settlement building aspect because I didn't play that long, and that may or may not be in the demo.
It seems ok, but it's not for me, I think turn-based combat would have made this a lot more attractive.
