The story seems a bit corny, get a bad guy to take down the worse guys but gameplay trumps story for me.

From what I've seen gameplay looks solid. Wish they'd release a demo but I highly doubt it. The gameplay of bound by flame also looked good in videos but there were definitely things I thought needed to be improved.
