Choosing Banquet of Fools over Mechajammer as something to mention in the bio seems quite telling, given that Banquet is vaporware announced over 6 years ago.

Well spotted, yes that's strange.

They website is blank at the moment, and Charis (CM Modern Wolf) edited the Steam's FAQ with the dev's website URL https://whalenoughtstudios.com/(edited), which looks like an old temporary version.

They must be preparing something.

Interesting, I went to it earlier this morning and it was working normally then. Mechajammer was still mentioned on it at the time, it hadn't been scrubbed.

Sub-sections still work, just not the main page:

So, maybe taken down for revision? Very weird coincidence if that happens the same day I noticed the Twitter bio thing :lol:

Ever since I was warned by one of the creators not to play the game at the supposed "release", I've been wary about this product.

And very likely to avoid any kick starter projects done by them in the future. While I very much enjoyed their first game, and will likely continue to replay it forever, this one has left a sour taste to date, and that's without having even played it yet.

I wanted it to be Laser Squad / UFO Defense style combat.

That really could have worked well in a setting like this one, Mercy. It's too bad they didn't go that route.
