I see only "8 Exciting 2025 Open World Games" - one of them won't be released this year.
GTA 6 still has a chance and hasn't been confirmed or denied yet for 2025.
Though we all know to add one or two years till they grace us PC plebs.
As for his voice doesn't bother me nor do I really care.

GTA 6 or Crimson Desert? If one or more of those games don't make it out this year, I think those are the 2 most likely candidates.
most are very promising looking!
Well, I was thinking of GTA VI when I wrote my message (though I know that Crimson Desert itself has been delayed from Q2 2024 to Late 2025, I just don't expect it gets postponed again)

Eh? I doubt there are many players who would want to go back to a top-down view after getting used to third/first person which is far more immersive.
They have their was one of two released in the last couple of years. They of course weren't that successful, so that's probably why no one develops them anymore.

yes but more expansive and yet you get games that still use them. If people play hades there must be market for anything with that kind of style lol

But maybe i'm wrong cos seeing the first one didn't really make me want to try it maybe it look too similar i don't know heh.
Just that people nowaday play all sorts of graphically outdate games so it was just an idea.

I'm not saying people don't still play top-down games. I just don't think there would be much of a reception for a new GTA game with that view.
For me personally, the only games I like nowadays with a top down/isometric view are party-based RPGs.
yeah i think maybe you are right cos the second i saw that remake Couchpotato posted i have to admit i didn't want to try it. It just didn't do it for me maybe it's that game or something else. but it didn't do it.
