Yeah, agreed.Man, this is one clunky game. I'll get used to it again, but coming back to it after a year, it's really noticeable how bad the UI is.
The city map(s) is part of an update they did after launch. It's my first time seeing it.Yeah, agreed.
At least there is a map in the cities now. When did that get added? Is it new, or an update since I last played? (11 months ago)
Being "too" forgiving would more or less imply that you're on the hunt, looking for flaws to judge on everything you do, even when it comes to your own entertainment; such a grim and sad way to go around life. I rather think you are appreciative and thankful, which is a lovely trait to have!pibbuR who suspects he tends to be too forgiving and accepting.
Thanks. Wrong choice of words. I think my English is fairly good, but when it comes to the finer details of the language, quite naturally something will be missing.Being "too" forgiving would more or less imply that you're on the hunt, looking for flaws to judge on everything you do, even when it comes to your own entertainment; such a grim and sad way to go around life. You used "too forgiving" correctly.Thanks. Wrong choice of words. I think my English is fairly good, but when it comes to the finer details of the language, quite naturally something will be missing.
What I meant to say is that I tend to overlook flaws that others notice. Like the clunky UI - I can't remember any game (except Gothic 1) where I found the UI clunky (I suppose there were some - but I don't remember them). And I didn't notice any flaws in combat in Morrowind, Ultima 7, Fallout 3 and 4 - games where many criticize that particular aspect. And so on.
I'm very good at ignoring things.

Yeah, skimming the front page I saw two reviews that specifically say they don't have (or haven't played) Shattered Space, but they wanted to leave a negative review anyway because they "hate Starfield".Unfortunately, DLCs are even easier to review-bomb because anyone can leave a review as long as they own the base game.
Meaning they did everything they could? It doesn't sound like a very ambitious expansion. Short and limited. Andreja, the ex-Va'ruun, doesn't even have unique dialogue during the expansion, apparently. Bethesda is lazy as hell these days.Seems like nothing they do will please the rabid fan-base.
Starfield's first story expansion, Shattered Space, launches to 42% positive "mixed" reviews on Steam
"It's not that it's bad, it's just incredibly mediocre"www.gamesradar.com
As the first Starfield story expansion, Shattered Space, has only just released, it is unlikely we will hear anything about Starborn anytime soon, so it may a while until we learn if the expansion will indeed be more tightly related to the base game's main campaign. Considering how the first expansion is more of a side story, however, it would make sense for Bethesda to go in this direction and explore more of Constellation's origins.
