The Hurricane ran into stiff competition, this series could easily end with them being swept.
3-0 Edmonton after two periods. Hopefully they don't shit themselves in the third again.

Not NHL news yet the US men's team had a most decisive victory over Sweden today.
Stick a fork in Carolina. They're done.
It's almost kind of embarrassing how lopsided the series has been. Florida has outscored them 16-4 through 3 games. I can't remember the last time a conference final was this uncompetitive.

Yeah that's a totally one-sided match, for certain. It could easily boil down to Edmonton/Florida once again.
I just saw the score. Didn't realize it was an early game today. Looks like it was quite the beatdown.
To be fair, Dallas was in complete control of the second period. We were frankly lucky that Skinner stood on his head and allowed only one goal to go through. It's moments like that when a team that hopes to win the Cup needs that level of goaltending.

Florida will clinch tonight with a victory. I'm hopeful that the Oilers will sustain this momentum tomorrow evening.
I called for a Florida-Edmonton rematch before the start of the conference finals. I feel like we're going to get it. Easier to say at this point of course, but Edmonton-Dallas is far from over.
