We have something like that, but it's another brand. Not bad, but definitely forgettable.

I never turned transparent, either. But if you eat the original, you might. ;)

pibbuR who would like to inform the watchers that by definition every cancerous tumor is malignant (but some are more "malignant" (aggressive) than others)

EDIT: It is of course impossible to be certain. But the anatomical changes on the left breast, especially the retracted areola, is highly suspect for breast cancer.

Men have breast cancer as well, I once read, but apparingly nobody wants to realize that.

It's rare (less than 1 % of breast cancers), but I (more likely other doctors) certainly would suspect it if there was a painless palpable lump on site.
