Just wait until we're in the raid, which maybe one or two of us have ever done.

I was frustrated, but mostly because I was in pain suddenly and nothing was fun at that point. Sorry if I sounded like a witch. Trying to read the wiki on it was also frustrating. Just finding the right thread but JM got it and saved it for next week. We will conquer this beast! On the eyes of Vol, I swear it.

I think having someone cast Haste would have helped, but none of us had the spell!!

I think there exist Haste pots, no ?
I think I had/have some. Somewhere.

You can also get the Haste spell from Horizon Walker for 11AP. Not exactly cheap, but I have gone into that tree just for Haste for a few melee lives here and there. It's the third core.

You can buy the pots in House K I know, most likely other vendors as well. They only last 2 min (give or take) but buy a stack and just keep drinking. lol

Cloning bars is not *that* difficult ... One merely has to know which [option-]button to press ...

Pulling out a bar is easy, but he doesn't want to "clutter" up his screen. He's funny like that. He prefers to open his inventory and hunt.

I tentatively have a friend from Ravens to run Litany with us. He runs it every life and sometimes twice. lol

Well, I had hoped that if it was sonic, we could use pots for protection.

To my surprise I just found out that the Epic Voice Of The Master is treated like an Artifact ... - and thus has one Filigree slot by default !
This comes handy. I have a lot of Filigree I don't quite know where to put into. I think I need to feed more often.

Don't feed the artifacts past one slot. That is all the slots they hold. But they keep eating items if you let them. Get a sentient weapon and keep it in you inventory or shared bank. Feed it as you play and level. Then if nothing else you can pop out that sentient, and feed it to a weapon you want to keep using.
And we did not die and ugly death, we left, our heads held high, to return and fight another day.

That raid clearly is a big time challenge to short-man. Lots of tasks that must be coordinated and we've only got so many players to do it. We'll come back when we're seriously over-level and learn it. You only have to reflag (the Litany quartet) once per life so we'll actually be able to run the raid a few times, limited only by the raid timer, to learn it and farm for a Quiver or three.

I figured, once we committed to getting to Ascension Chamber, that we'd pretty well shoot past lvl15 content, which we have. Not really a crisis since we ran Tethymar last life and I'm skipping Sharn this time around. We've got Spinner on the agenda for next session but I'm not sure which direction to go from there. We've run the Morgrave 16s into the ground the past few lives. We haven't run Wheloon in forever but I think that's one of the few packs that have been stricken from the book by popular demand. One option is Mask of Deception. Single quest so it's not going to be enough XP to move us along, but it is another quest most of us haven't attempted. Although after Ascension, that fact might not be on the plus side of the ledger just now... I'm just not feeling the Vale. Maybe we jump into Reavers under level. It's older content so we'd be OK. I am planning a romp thru Vecna this time. I'll guest pass Corwin as necessary.
