A few things in preparation for next session:
1) if you have 19, you can take it
2) if you have "named" gems (Thad, Vuth, Sven, Ome, Auss, Isk), bring any 3 of them with you. We'll be able to cover anyone that's short by getting rares in the outdoor maps, but it will save time if people already have them.
3) if you have the 3 essences (eb, khyb, sib), bring a set. Since we plan to run the flagging quests, everyone should get the trio anyway but never hurts to have spares in case something goes sideways.
I expect Reavers plus Stealer of Souls will take all of the next session since we've all pretty much forgotten the details of the quests in the years since we last ran it.

Got 19 last night, so ready as I'll ever be for Reavers.
I need 235,000 to hit 20, so Reaver's alone should be about half that or there abouts. IQ1 might not quite get me to 20, but I can probably pick up something else to play catch up if need be.

Vecna is a level and a half. I'm expecting most of us to need a few of those quests to get across the line to lvl20. No need to play catchup. We'll do the 4 stand-alones first and hopefully that plus IQ1 plus Reavers gets us where we need to be. We also have several sagas still in the pocket. Since they're lower heroics, they aren't going to make a huge difference at this point, but XP is XP and it will get us closer to 20.

True. The main Vecna chain is 210k alone, then there's the 5 other quests that add up to another 66k that are needed for the saga, another 60k. We also have Slice of Life, which isn't much XP but is amusing to run.
Since we're doing Epics, I'm going to request some of the stuff we never run; Haunted Halls of Eveningstar for example, and Brothers of the Forge. Epic only quests that tend to get overlooked since you have to run the lower level epics for tokens anyway. Also, since the other group skipped Inferno of the Damned, we should do the Epic versions of Necro 4. Just to make everyone suffer Inferno.
I'm doing Epic Wheloon on my own to fill out the spreadsheet, so at least no one else suffers the purple haze but me. Though it's rather painful without a trapper, and Darling stops being useful before you get there. We might also hit Toil and Trouble, the new L28 quest, and maybe eArchons and eGambit.

Followup to this one- if you don't have 3 of the named gems on your toon, please post that info so I can adjust the party split as needed.

The gems matter. The essences are just an insurance policy.
I'm surprised we're that thin as a group. Thad drops with Desert rares. Sven drops with Gianthold rares. Vuth drops with Orchard rares. The other three gems drop in the 3 areas of Reavers so we should have a decent shot of getting a few there. I'll try to tweak the split to help since some of us will be able to pass any gems we get. I'm just getting ahead of it in case we get skunk runs in Reavers.

We've been kinda skipping the Desert and Gianthold though last few lives. Especially GH with Myth Drannor basically replacing it in the lineup at those levels. Coupled with everyone swapping characters life to life, good chance none of the characters have hit those areas in awhile. Not to mention we haven't ran Reaver's in years I think. Mureall only has a few Vuths from running around the Orchard; none of the others and no essences. *EDIT* I picked up a Thaddy out of the Desert on the first rare I hit. GH wasn't as kind; I only got the double rare, and no Sven. I'll try and hop in tomorrow and make a quick rare run out in GH to see if I can grab one.
As an aside, I'll be short timing it; got work on Saturday. Between the holiday and getting rained out Tuesday, and verification on a state job, work has been getting delayed, moved around, and messed up.

We've skipped a few rounds of Desert and GH, true, but we haven't run Reavers literally in years so I figured everyone would have a pile of the gems built up in their reincarnation cache. It's no problem, though- unless we get badly shafted on the 3 outdoor maps, we should get enough of the other 3 gems (Ome, Isk, Auss) to cover everyone anyway, particularly if I split Corwin and Alrik. I was only trying to get ahead of it since we have gotten skunk runs on those maps in the distant past and at least a couple of the rares require special tricks to get them to spawn that people might not remember.
