That is how business works - you take a sucker and make your $$$ and they just keep returning for more ;)
No wonder their stock price is so low. :)

I received shares of of Warner Bros Discovery when it was spun off from AT&T a few years back. It's been a garbage stock.

There are all sorts of dirty tricks companies play to try to make 'money' or appear on the books to make money; but in the end it is the workers who get screwed. A lot also has to do with how companies are taxed. I know at least one company that learned that it could lay people off to make earnings look artificially high which would make the stock price go up which would get the executive team big bonuses but then they would have to turn around and hire new people which of course would then take years to train and efficiency would go down. But the key thing is on the books it looks like they were making more money at least for the next year or so....

Anyway Warner is a crap company with some decent people stuck in the middle.

I don't like this.

So it looks like Blooper is going to be remaking Silent Hill 1 next? I guess maybe I'll postpone the SH2 remake playthrough for later? :D
Yep

I have fond memories of the original on the PS1. It's the only SH game I've completed. I don't know why they didn't start with SH1 to begin with.

I assume SH2 is the more loved by the community? That's the feeling I get from people.
So maybe they weren't confident the devs would do a good job or that the game would sell well. So maybe in case it was a one shot at these remake they hoped to sell as much as possible with that one shot?

Some Jolly Rancher sweets unsafe to eat, [UK] FSA says.

The FSA says they contain chemical compounds - mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH) and mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) - that are "not compliant with UK laws".
"MOAH is a genotoxic carcinogen, therefore no exposure is without risk to human health."
MOAH and MOSH are used in confectionery to prevent stickiness and create a glossy appearance.
