What video game has a voiced cut-scene that starts with the single word "Pain."

This has been driving me crazy. The voice I hear is Keith David. "Pain." Then a bunch more dialogue. It looks like the only games he voiced and that I played were Fallout, Planescape Torment, and Mass Effect. It can't be Fallout. I played both the ME trilogy and Planescape again within the last couple of years and I don't remember it from either. I can hear it clearly in my head. I looked up notable quotes from Planescape and it wasn't included. It's got to be Planescape though, right?

Whatever game it is, I want to replay it again.

No, but rather than doing searches, just go to YouTube and watch the intros of whatever games you suspect it might be. You said it's at the very beginning, right? Shouldn't be too hard to find.
