Dragon Age Origins with all the DLC and some mods. Does anybody know a good graphics mod that works with windows 10? They all seem to say directx9.

Are you suggesting that win10 doesn't support dx9? Because it's not so.
The game itself does not care about dx12 nor about vulkan, thus all possible mods should work on win10.
