What Is Reclaimed and Rebound?

Makai Kingdom: Reclaimed and Rebound is in some ways new, in others old, and in no ways very old. It's technically a modern port of a Japan-only PSP re-release from 2011, so folks over on that side of the pond can celebrate a smooth graphical overhaul and… not much else, really. But here in the West, that PSP content never did arrive. That means fans new and old are in for a feast by comparison.

To reiterate, then, 2005's PS2 version was, until now, the only official way for Westerns to enjoy this game. Six years later in 2011, Japanese fans were in for a treat with a neatly-enhanced PSP purchase. Along comes 2022, and the rest of us can finally play catch-up.
