In GvG matches, a successful defense usually entails more than two Boon Prots and good healing, or a multitude of Ritualist Spirits. Every profession can boost the team's defensive capabilities, although the precise interactions of skills and tactics may not be immediately apparent. Often a team will rely heavily on its offensive and utility characters providing essential support for the team.
