Interplay - Wins Injunction Hearing over Bethesda

From Ausir's Fallout Wiki comes word that Interplay has won the preliminary injunction filed by Bethesda Softworks:

Motion Hearing held on 12/10/2009 re [3] MOTION for Preliminary Injunction filed by Bethesda Softworks LLC - Argued - "DENIED" as stated on the record by Judge Deborah K. Chasanow. (Court Reporter - Sharon O'Neill) (td, Deputy Clerk)

This means that Interplay can continue selling the Fallout Trilogy as well as working on Project v13, the Fallout MMORPG - until the case has been finally decided. This news is also on No Mutants Allowed as well as Duck and Cover -  and Blues News.
