Voodoo Extreme posts their 2008 PC Game Awards here, with Fallout 3 acing both RPG of the Year and GOTY, Mass Effect Best Console Port and King's Bounty:The Legend capturing Strategy Game of the Year.

Voodoo Extreme brings us a last blast from this year's E3 show with their award list of best games. Of the games we cover, Bioware takes best PC game and best PC RPG with Dragon Age, Fallout 3 gets overall best game and best console rpg, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R:Clear Sky takes best graphics.

Voodoo Extreme cites a report from PopCap suitable for showing the boss, on how taking that e-break actually makes workers more productive:

A new report published today reveals that the current trend towards banning personal internet use in the workplace could be costing British businesses up to £4 billion every year due to a resulting decline in staff productivity. The report by PopCap Games, proves that, far from distracting employees from their work, taking a 10-minute online break during the course of the working day serves to reduce stress while sharpening and refocusing the mind.

I failed to notice the poll while it was running but I see VoodooExtreme has tossed up the final results of their Favourite RPG Series poll and it's interesting to see how a wider audience view the genre.  The top three are Baldur's Fate, Diablo and Elder Scrolls clustered close together with Fallout a little behind in 4th.

VoodooExtreme currently has a poll on the RPG of the Year (including MMOs).  As I write, The Witcher has a miniscule lead over Mass Effect, with S.T.A.L.K.E.R. a mile behind in third place.
