Constitution
The constitution indicates the state of health of
a person. This is implemented in Torment as giving more hitpoints
with a higher constitution.
Who should use it ?
All classes benefit equally from a higher constitution.
More hitpoints means you can be hit more be fore you go down,
which is never bad.
The Nameless One
At the end of the page the table is given that indicates what the effect is of increasing the constitution parameter. From this table you can see that adjustment to the hitpoints start at level 15. There is also an additional adjustment for resurrection, which allows you to rise from the death faster, for which I could not find any benefits in the game.
The Nameless One starts out with a value of 9 for
the constitution parameter. If you are a fighter then leave the
constitution parameter alone, or increase it a bit. You can spend
the points better on other parameters. If you are not a fighter
than you are in a class which might need the extra hitpoints.
But even then do not increase it to much and leave it at value
of 12 or so.
