Find the herbs that Mebbeth needs
Find the gardener who has Mebbeth's herbs

Find Meir'am and get the ink for Mebbeth
Go to Kossah-Jai, on the market place in the Southwest Hive, for the ink. She can not help you and will direct you to Meir'am. She can be found just east of the Office of Vermin and Disease Control. To get the ink from here you will need a cup. This cup is soled on the market place again.

Deliver ink to Mebbeth
return the ink to Mebbeth and she will train you as a mage
