wow 30$ for this would be really cheap, especially in my country. However I am more interested in the Collector’s Steelbook and game map than the actual game...

I wish they would make something like this for Morrowind.

If it is like the standard GOTY edition, no (Steam's GOTY Deluxe edition contains the DLC).

Well, if they didn't include the DLC - I think that's a bit cheap of them, considering the age of the game. The discount is nice, of course, but you can probably find it cheap if you look in the right places.

The DLC was pretty meh anyway. There's comparable horse armor and better player strongholds made by modders for free.

I also have to agree with the disappointment over the lack of DLC. As old as Oblivion is, this should have included all the official plug-ins.
