I found the following Kickstarter yesterday while searching for new projects. The game is called DiceTiny:The Lord of the Dice from a developer called Fakedice.

DICETINY is a Digital Tabletop Board Game with RPG & Card Collecting elements where Epic Fantasy and Humorous Parodies coexist.
