Hand of Fate - Ready for Release

Developer Defiant Development announces their game Hands of Fate is ready for release on Steam, and should be officially launched in a couple of weeks.

We've just submitted our 1.0 build to all parties and been accepted, so that means our release date is now locked in for mid-Feb.

We'll let you know the EXACT date as soon as we've got it, but it should be a couple of weeks from now. Can't wait to get you the 1.0 version!

Does this has any relation to the 90s eponymous adventure game from Westwood studios ? This was a sequel to Kyrandia if my memory serves me well.

Nope, no relation---just a very nifty take on a Roguelike as far as I know.

Using the same name is a bit risky but I suppose they sorted the potential problems of this out already
