I truly hope that Daedalic will get some cash from this game and one day will release Blackguards 3 on epic scale - more battles, more interesting quests and characters and some good story please. Or maybe with that engine and gameplay create RPG with strategy elements instead of TBS with RPG elements...

I wish they would make a true RPG game, and not just a combat simulator. Still both games were enjoyable, but the second felt more simplified over the first game.

I agree. I liked the first one for what it was, as I like tactical turn-based combat, but I didn't even bother with the second one after reading about how they stripped down character development.
