A bit of a fantasy Mount & Blade? Regardless, it looks cool - but also pretty ambitious. It feels like the kind of game that could wither and die in EA because the devs took on too much and it never realizes its potential... but if it does realize that potential, could be really cool.

I'd say it's a mix of different genres almost similar to a game called Legends of Ellaria. You build, recruit, fight wars, and do quests like an RPG. Hopefully this game is better.

I agree. I like the concept, but I'm wondering how deep this can be with that mish-mash of different gameplay layers. I feel like it's going to be interesting but really janky at the same time.
