Rise Eterna was only included because it is currently super cheap. If you want something in a similar vein that is better reviewed, get Dark Deity.
It's currently in a bundle at Humble.

This video reminded me that I hadn't bought ATOM RPG yet. It's currently 50% off, so I'm about to fix that.

In this Bundle I suggest, if I may, Gears Tactics. 2.5 years ago I posted my impressions here. I haven't played it in a good while and probably the game has changed since I wrote such impressions.
IMHO, if you're an XCOM2 fan, you could/should take a look at Gears Tactics as well!
