How come a company like THQ Nordic is accepted as curator?
They advertise their own games and as you know Embracer is their parent owner. That's a lot of games, and steam users follow for game news is the easiest answer. ^^

That's precisely why I ignore any opinion coming from them. I'm surprised other people would even pay attention, but I have no idea how those lists are made.

I see that RPGWatch is #5 in the recommended curators list (the default above being most popular), though some I'm ignoring may be hidden from me in that list. :)

You got THQ's numbers wrong, though - you copied their Twitter follower number, instead. Also, number 11 on Steam's list bizarrely has more followers than numbers 9 or ten, so there seems to be some secondary factor determining the order of curators here.

So, number 6. Is having any noticeable side effects, I wonder? Traffic? Free games? Invitations to exclusive industry parties? ;)

Fixed THQ - the only side effect is that some devs try to get their games on the list :)

No idea what curator is, i have blocked that part of steam :LOL:
So much bullshit on the steam front page, i just wanna buy games :LOL:
