The Adventure RPG A Quest That Became Legend will be released on September 29:

A Quest That Became Legend

A Quest That Became Legend is a game inspired by old school RPG classics, with turn based combat and an open world environment. Set out on an epic quest to defeat the dark conjurers and save your world from destruction.

Explore the lands and venture into different crypts, dungeons, and many other places to battel all kinds of monsters, and maybe find yourself some shiny treasures or some strong magical items. Create a party of 4 heroes and up to 4 different hero classes, all with unique skills and abilities. Help the people you meet on your way, level up your characters and become a living legend as you quest to save the world.

Note: Game is in late development, but some changes may still occur. UI visuals are probably going to get updated. If and when changes occur the store page will be updated to reflect the latest version.

Promising game goes in the right direction. Brings back some Wizardry 8 memories. Monster's HP and damage is at Japanese games ranges. But the dev explains it on Steam: CyberGhost [developer] 23 Jan @ 9:22pm
First of all, thank you for your interest in A Quest That Became Legend. The reason for the large numbers comes down to the way the stats system works, more powerful monsters will have better stats and more health for instance. So, it will gradually increase down the line of enemies. The enemies in the starting areas have way less health, I think around 100HP. As your characters level up and as you find better equipment, your characters damage and everything else – depending on how you spend your points – will also increase. And so there needs to be a balance, this could of cause have been done in other ways, but is how this system works. Every main stat and the secondary stats that the main stats influences are thoroughly explained in the game, with mouse over info for every stat in the game. So hopefully there won’t be any confusion as to what that stats do and what the numbers mean if every you should decide to try the game. I can make a list of what the stats do and how they work if you’re interested.
Poor font choice on the spellbook. Weak monster sound & fire spit FX. Probably stock effects from Unity store. Definitely space for improvement!

I wishlisted it too. We've seen a few indie M&M clones recently, but this one looks a little better than most.
