This patch is actually not for Tainted Grail: Conquest. It was for Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon, which is a completely different game.

Tainted Grail: Conquest is fully released and is a turn based RPG
Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon is in Early Access and is an Action RPG like Skyrim.
