Long gone are the days when these cinematic trailers were of any interest. If there's no gameplay in it then it's essentially pointless, especially in a genre like this which has nothing to do with storyline.
That said I am looking forward to the launch. I kickstarted this years go, and the progress has been steady. Version 1.0 needs to be deliver though as it's taken an age to get this far, and the competition is strong.

What are the Epoch Points? It looks like micro-transactions on top of a paying game, and it's also what I read in the reviews.

It's a cross between POE and D4 I suppose, but on a relatively low budget, but that is overly simplystic. I haven't played it too much myself, but I am pretty sure this not a microtransaction heavy game, and you can get a lot out of it simply buy buying the core game itself.

One big difference due to a past update is you can play it SP offline Diablo 4 you can't.
