i wouldn't say it's a dungeon crawler exactly. It's a sandbox RPG. Basically you wander around and find people to help to gain favor with various factions.

I thought so because I thought that I'd seen only indoor locations.
Btw. I think I've never seen a dwarf with horns (?) ...
