RPG General News - Annoying RPG Elements

Yes, I've found most of those annoying at one point or another. But has there ever been an RPG free of at least some annoyances? Even the best have a few. For me at least, the one not listed is annoying puzzles that block advancing the plot.

I think there are several annoying mechanism in RPGs to different degrees and depending on how it is implemented
1. Encumbrance
2. Inventory management
3. Need for sleep, eat, drink, heat/cold unless it is a survival game or it is just optional for additional buffs
4. Level scaling
5. Equipment deterioration
6. Not able to save anytime. Sometimes due to family/work I have to stop the game and don't want to lose my progress.
7. Unskipabble cutscenes, specially in games where you can't save and before boss battles, so you need to re-watch everything if you died or if you want to select different options in a dialogue
8. Loot fest, specially when the only difference between items is a 1% increase in some stat.
9. Quick time events, with some exceptions
10. Limited-Time Quests
11. Missable companions, content
12. Time limit to complete the main quest, unless it is very well implemented
13. Procedural generated map and quests
14. Overly cartoonish/goofy characters.
15. Micro transactions in single player games
16. Too frequent random encounters
17. Backtracking multiple times to the same map
18. Fetch/escort quests
