Read about this a few days back on the forums. At first I was intrigued given who the developer is,but it does not sound like a traditional TB RPG at all with the description.

As they mention tabletop miniatures like you play boardgames.

Yeah, I'm not sure what to make of that. It could be some sort of board game simulation or it could just be a poor description. Guess we'll have to wait until the KS launches to get more info.

Yep we'll see. At best it might at least be a decent TB grid based RPG.

There's a youtube PnP game series for Dragon's Demand. Sounds like the module has been around for a while.
