There's a lot of video out there for Pillars of Eternity but I found this video, which happens to be by one of my favorite youtubers, to be very insightful.
It is a pretty in depth look at stats and mechanics. I'm not sure it's 100% accurate but it does show the depth of their "ruleset" and I'm pretty impressed with how the stuff works. I'd read somewhere else them mentioning making up some stuff that would be complicated to sort out in tabletop that works great with computing and I'd have to agree, looks like a really cool system.
It also looks a bit more interesting than some of the wonkiness that comes with D&D while still retaining kind of a D&D vibe thru the game as a whole.

He also has s similar video on races and classes and a couple of new let's plays on PoE but there's no lack of let's plays. I'm less inclined to view the let's plays since I'd rather not spoil anything and they all start out the same (describe game, character creation, intro stuff) and that kinda gets old.
Cheers,
