What I want to know is… will the physics allow me to actually jump and swing my junk into another players face? That could be fun, especially if the other player is in first-person mode.

Ehhh? How would that be fun? You'd need balls of steel for it.

They put efforts in physics. Sitting in the face of a defeated enemy will give full potential.
On another side, the nudity filter is on the player's side. Players with no nudity/partial nudity see nothing.

It is not new. They existed for years now and Minecraft started it (although it is different with more focus on building)

Damn! This game was on my instant buy list but not any more! I always wanted to shove my junk on to someone else face but if they can't see it whats the bloody point?!?!?

Open world gathering/crafting survival ones are.
