That actually applies to a whole boatload of developers. The cutscenes aren't the problem usually, at least in terms of visuals. It's the actual game that's the problem

It wasn't well received because it was bad in almost every aspect.

I dont know if they hired an actor but the host in this video sounds extremelly passionated. His mouth runs dried at moments but he worked on his speech.

Game appears shallow, Bioware putting a lot of hope in it though, as if they want to redeem themselves.
