Fallout London - Overview

Right, I don't use GOG, so even for a Steam user, it's fairly simple. If it's even easier with GOG, all the better for people who want to use that.

Heads up some of the main quests are bugged and will require you to use the console to start. Only problem I had before this was no way out of some buildings.

… This process takes a while, but less than it takes for me to microwave and drink a coffee, which is what I was doing while it happened on its own.
Dear God…

You microwave coffee!?

We may all be living in a post-apocalyptic world already!

Meh I drink instant powered coffee, and have microwaved tea and coffee as well.

Helps with heating up the water beforehand, and when it gets cold. 🤷‍♂️

I mainly drink Nespresso and I certainly wouldn't touch coffee flavoured water heated in a microwave. Life is TOO short to drink the equivalent of luke- warm dishwater!!

Well, I microwave water! Then add a spoon of black instant decaf organic coffee to the piping hot water. To me even the best coffee still tastes like rats, so I drink it just for its health benefits, same as green tea.

I do enjoy other foods and drinks for their flavor, but they are way more pleasing to my tastebuds than any coffee could ever be.

Whelp be prepared for many quest bugs later on.

Also the quality drops in some areas, and other little nitpicks as well.

I've had expensive and fancy coffees in restaurants, you know. To me they all taste like shit, and for coffee to taste like anything different than shit to me (note I'm not saying coffee universally tastes like shit), it needs to have 500 calories of stuff added to it (whole milk, butter, sugar, whipped cream, you name it), and then I'm not tasting the coffee, I'm tasting the industrial sugar overload that's doing its best to conceal the actual taste of the coffee while slowly giving me cancer. Since I don't like the flavor nor the cancer, I go for the health benefits of plain decaf black coffee on boiled water; hopefully I'm allowed to.

I never said you weren’t allowed to…

I’m doing this for humor laughs; not make fun of you laughs. Where I live people take coffee very seriously so maybe my humor isn’t interpreted the same elsewhere.

I drink decaf too sometimes and also prefer to not over sugar / milk / whatever my decaf or caffeinated coffee.

Pfft... drinking decaf is like going into battle with a gun full of blanks. ;)
Yeah for me it is if I’m having acid indigestion; caffeine has high acidity.

The real reason I’m addicted to coffee is Twin Peaks though. Something about that show makes coffee so very appealing. Decaf or no. :)

Oh don't take it personal haha. It was more following Corwin's post. I'm happy with people enjoying coffee, you have to enjoy all the things you can in life! It just doesn't do it for me.

Weird offtopic, in any case.
