EDIT: I had written a wall of text so will just say it was a part of the story ending I did not like. It wasn't technical or anything like that. Maybe I will get over - its still fresh and I tend to be a very emotional person. I suspect there could be a sequel and that may provide some answers.

I still recommend the game. The fact I was upset at the ending speaks volumes of how invested I was with the game, characters, and story. Also to reiterate I thought, objectively speaking, the ending was excellent except for one important detail.
