Sometimes I wonder if this game will ever be released. As it's been over five years since the Kickstarter, and he changed engines after dumping Unity last year.

I'm confident it will be. Nothing is off track, nothing is unexplained. I backed it, and Cobbett (I think that's his name) is forthcoming with regular updates.

Fact is he missed the deadline many times already.

I don't remember this at all. A quick search shows the last time anything was posted about it here was 2020.

It looks more like an adventure game than an RPG.

It's more like a video novel with choices and mini-games.

it was announced before Bloodlines 2 and the developer even joked about it.
