Tried the demo for about an hour last night. It was "alright" but then I tend to prefer traditional RPGs to SRPGs. Battle system is a real-time-with-pause affair, and works well, but feels a bit "RTS-y" rather than RPG. Out of combat there's a typical 3rd person "run around a map" base camp with shops and quest-givers.

Overall, it didn't make me rush out and buy it, but I'd give the demo another go when I have a bit more time.
