Funny how geralt seems to look younger each game.

Odd. I thought he looked considerably older and more ugly.

I don't think he looks either younger nor older.
He just looks like he's being represented with a slightly different art style.
And for the record the best one so far, in my opinion.

Can't get enough, haha! The environments are just stunning.

But regarding Geralt, he definitely looked much older in that killing monsters trailer. Here I think he looks a little closer to the second game. His beard also seems to have been trimmed since that other trailer, and he has a less weary look on his face.

I had no idea that the presentation that was done at last years E3, its audio part was recordable. And for people with a huge thirst for more TW3 info, you can check it out here.

It's only audio, but it contains plenty of ingame audio dialogue and the commentator does a good job of describing what's happening on-screen. Worth it imo.

The writing seems good to amazing. I love the inner monologue of Geralt.
